Remote Usability Test Hub

Problem: COVID hit the U.S., and my team's previous habit of visiting customer sites to gather data ground to a halt. We needed a way to gather metrics for our design system without leaving our home offices.

Solution: I architected a basic Axure prototype that utilized simple javascript and .php to save variables from within our prototypes as a .CSV file that our researchers could then access for analysis. The test hub has been used for dozens of usability studies conducted both remotely and moderated. Some example studies include priority color selection, heat map visualization, notification animation, notification placement, tab layouts, cognitive load while viewing video data, and many more.
