I am motivated to make the lives of users easier by understanding their needs and helping to create solutions. From my work in designing experiences for Air and Missile Defense as well as Public Safety software solutions, I have learned just how important it is for a user to have the information they need when they need it, and to allow them to make informed decisions quickly. Sometimes it can be a matter of life and death, not just a bad experience.
